Porting check_postgres on windows

Hi all,

After going through several links on postgres monitoring i came to decision that check_postgres is accepted as one the best tools to achieve. I faced an issue that my development and production environment runs on windows and not Unix OS. Is there anyway to port check_postgres for windows. I directly downloaded the script and tried to run it. I had to also download which command (avialable in Unix) after that i was still not able to run any of the necessary action. Please recommend any further steps that you may be aware of.
