[Bucardo-announce] Bucardo 3.0.9

Bucardo version 3.0.9 has been released. It's recommended you upgrade,
this version fixes a problem where a controller that has been forcibly
killed will sometimes not re-run the sync it was in the middle of when
Bucardo restarts. Replacing the Bucardo.pm file is all that is needed for
an upgrade from 3.0.8. You can grab it directly here:

Work on version 3.1 should pick up again in April, and I'm hoping to
release it by the end of that month.
