[Bucardo-announce] Version 4.1.0

Version 4.1.0 has just been released. This version fixes some bugs, adds
some enhancements to bucardo_ctl, and changes the behavior of
rebuild_index from a boolean to a smallint. This prevents rebuild_index
from being used by pushdelta syncs unless you really want it to (by
setting it to "2"). The complete list of changes:

As always, upgrading is a matter of installing from the tarball, then
running upgrade:

(untar)
cd Bucardo-4.1.0
perl Makefile.PL
make
make install
bucardo_ctl upgrade
