[Bucardo-announce] Version 4.2.0 released

Version 4.2.0 of Bucardo has just been released. The major features are
an overhaul and expansion of the command-line bucardo_ctl options for
adding, removing, and listing items, and the new delta_bypass feature.
Briefly, delta_bypass allows you to configure cutoffs per table that
will switch the replication from pushdelta to fullcopy if the threshhold
is reached during a sync.
