[Bucardo-announce] First beta for Bucardo 5 released

We're a little bit closer to the next major version, 5.0.0, 
aka B5. The first beta is available for download here:

http://bucardo.org/downloads/Bucardo-4.99.0.tar.gz

We're not promising no major changes between now and the 
5.0 release, but that's the goal. :) Please test heavily, and 
give input either on bugzilla, the #bucardo channel, or the 
bucardo-general mailing list.
