[Bucardo-announce] Bucardo 4.5.0 released

Version 4.5.0 of Bucardo has been released. The changes from 
4.4.8 are:

* Always set session_replication_role to replica after customcode runs

This is a safety feature: hopefully nobody has been abusing this 
by having your customcode change session_replication_role without 
having customcode.trigrules set on.

* Allow timestamp differences in source and target columns

This allows your timestamps to be declared differently on source 
and target (e.g. timestamp vs timestamptz). Bucardo will still 
warn about this in the log, but will not refuse to run as before.
