[Bucardo-announce] Bucardo 5.3.0 released

Version 5.3.0 of Bucardo has been released. The makedelta system 
has been greatly improved, and you can once again set an entire 
database as makedelta, rather than having to individually set 
tables as makedelta (which is still allowed).
