[Bucardo-general] Standard Recovery Process

I was wondering what the standard process to recover after one the  
replicated databases fail and requires to be rebuilt in a master- 
master setup.

Would setting the database and schema up, then recreating the entry  
in the sync table work?
Would Bucardo then replicate everything in the live database to the  
rebuilt database?
