[Bucardo-general] Make test failing.

Hello all,

I've been able to install all the correct perl libraries listed on the
dependencies page, and am now trying to do a successful "make test"
before I continue. However, when I run 'make test', I get the
following error:

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
