[Bucardo-general] $dbh->do("CREATE LANGUAGE foobar");

Hi all.

I have a problem at the moment. I have updated to latest git version
and bucardo is not working anymore.
This commit broke it:

The problem is, that I dont have a foobar language and googleing does
not help me.
