[Bucardo-general] Question about replication behaviour

Hi,
I'm looking into using bucardo in a project, but I have a question regarding the replication behaviour that the documentation on the 
site doesn't clearly answer.

If you have a replication set up and the daemon goes down for whatever reason, and database changes happen, will the daemon find and 
replicate the changes that occurred, or would the databases have to be synced manually?
