[Bucardo-general] Config Problem (WHY CTL Could not add to q sync ?)

There should also be a KID in the logs. If the kid exists (check with ps
-Afw), go ahead and kill it. Also remove all rows from the q that are not
started:

DELETE FROM q WHERE started IS NULL;

Then give it another go. If it still fails, send the complete output from
the logs.
