[Bucardo-general] separating bucardo and DBIx::Safe / Test::Dynamic in different tarballl's

Hi.

is possible to separate bucardo and DBIx::Safe / Test::Dynamic in
different tarballl's ?

for me the best options is 3 tarballs, one for each package.
