[Bucardo-general] update only replica

Hi,

I tried pgpoolII, cybercluster, pgcluster etc... (which are all synchronous)
and finally not found a real WAN asynchronous multi master mutliple
databases replication.
Unless Bucardo which I think is the perfect tool for that, but until now no
good tutorial
to learn it.  On the INSTALL file, it doesn't specify which file execute to
even run "make test"
since it checks uncreated databases....
