[Bucardo-general] bucardo_ctl add all tables error

Did the install process run without errors? Do you have a bucardo schema
in place? Make sure you are connecting to the correct database and then run:

\dn bucardo
\df bucardo.

If those are empty, try re-running

bucardo_ctl install

and seeing what happens.
