[Bucardo-general] Adding new syncs to bucardo

Dear All

                    I have my bucardo setup running. Current setup has one
database replicating. I have added few more sync to the existing one. At
this time when those new sync to be effective, do I need to stop the
bucardo_ctl and restart it? If I do that will there be any repercussions?
