[Bucardo-general] new row for relation "sync" violates check constraint "sync_name_sane"

I found the issue. when I tried to create sync , I have started the sync
name with number like 123Sync, it seems that what causing the issue. I
changed  the sync name to have only characters ( a to z ). No issue
