To turn off all logging, simply add:
debugfile=0
to your bucardorc.
As David mentioned, a future version will have some knobs to control the
verbosity of the logs. There are a handful of messages that take up 99%
of the logs on a busy system, so another option is to hack Bucardo.pm
yourself and comment out those calls. But debugfile=0 is probably easier,
and you should still have a bucardo.warning file around to see serious
problems.
