No problem, this is normal. It simply means that something has 
asked a sync to kick off (probably a trigger), but that the 
controller was unable to add an entry to the q table because 
there was already an entry there. In other words, the previous 
sync had not finished yet, so rather than add a new entry to the 
q table (which the kids read to find out what to do), it simply 
asks the kid to check the table ("manual notification") and exits.

Granted, the message could be worded better. :)
