[Bucardo-general] reindexdb take a long time

I guess that may be the case, possibly. But debugging it without lots more
information from you might be hard, and walking you through specifically which
information would be useful might be just as hard. Which leads me back to
questioning why you're reindexing in the first place. It's only rarely needed
anyway.
