[Bucardo-general] How to port Bucardo to Oracle

My long term plans include having Bucardo support a number of RDBMS, 
but making it work for Oracle is a non-trivial prospect[1]. There are, of 
course, a number of solutions already available for Oracle. All much 
more complex and expensive than Bucardo, of course, but battle 
tested and available now.

[1]To be clear, if someone was willing to fund the development, it could 
get ported to Oracle a lot sooner, but otherwise it's a long ways off.
