[Bucardo-general] adding a table to a herd

Can anyone tell me the proper syntax to add a table to a herd in Bucardo
4.4.8 ?

I tried:

bucardo_ctl add table publish_artist_image herd=songspin_delta
db=songspin_load

But the table does not appear when I list the herds:

bucardo_ctl list herds
Herd: songspin_delta  DB: songspin_load  Members: public.publish_artist,
public.publish_channel, public.publish_channel_track, public.publish_track
  Used in syncs: songspin_delta
