[Bucardo-general] Bucardo Swap Sync Failure

Unfortunately, one cannot "ORDER BY" or DISTINCT on xml types, so 
Bucardo will fail as long as they are part of the primary key. 
A workaround is to create your own operators: the archives may 
have that solution, or someone here could pipe up.
