[Bucardo-general] Upgrade from 4.5.0 to 5.0

Yes, there are. The best way is to just record your current databases, syncs, 
etc. and create a new 5.0 Bucardo.

Well, the problem is that there really is no 4.5 - it was an experimental branch 
that has died. It's only 4.4 and 5.0. So you should pick one or the other.
