[Bucardo-general] install errors (missing prerequisites) - bucardo 4.4.6

When I try to install bucardo 4.4.6 I get a new error (I'm used to
installing 4.4.2).

Warning: prerequisite DBD::Pg 2.0 not found.
Warning: prerequisite DBI 1.51 not found.
Warning: prerequisite DBIx::Safe 1.2.4 not found.

What ubuntu apt-get should I use to get those prerequisites? 

Why can't the install process check and install the prerequisites for me if
they don't exist?
