BTW, my sync run time has ballooned to 42 minutes.  In light of this, 
is it harmful to purge bucardo_delta with an interval argument of 15 
minutes?  Is that causing it to lose data, or am I misunderstanding 
the purpose of the delta table in suggesting that?
