[Bucardo-general] bucardo_delta cleanup for B5

I recently pushed new versions of the bucardo_purge_delta 
functions for Bucardo 5 to the git repo. If you've been 
testing B5, please try them out and make sure they work 
as they should. Usage is generally the same as the old 
way, via cron:

SELECT bucardo.bucardo_purge_delta('5 minutes');

However, the underlying code has changed quite a bit.
