[Bucardo-general] Bucardo too slow do start replicating big update

The best thing you can do is start testing Bucardo 5, which should be 
much, much faster. As others have said, make sure you are running 
bucardo_purge_delta regularly as well. Removing any unused indexes on 
the target will help as well.
