[Bucardo-general] sync is not active

Hi,

Actually i recreate everything from scracht but this time added both
databases before add the tables and found out that log.bucardo has
root ownership so i changed it to postgres, not sure if any of that
made any difference but once i tried again the sync was "active" but
know is running and doing nothing
