Probably still going on. That's a lot of rows (5M!) for Bucardo to handle, 
and the query is going to a very, very long time. You might want to 
switch to fullcopy or otherwise get them in sync before adding Bucardo 
to the mix. You will also have much better luck with Bucardo version 5: 
pull from git to try it out or download the latest beta:
