For Bucardo4, you can set onetimecopy=2 for the sync, which will 
only copy tables which are empty on the target. So truncate 
the ones on the target you want to get copied.

For Bucardo5, I don't think we have a clean solution yet: you may 
have to create a separate sync with the db types as source 
and fullcopy.
