[Bucardo-general] BYTEA columns not synchronized correctly

Dear Paul,
thank you very much for this hint. You are completely right. I can
confirm that setting 'bytea_output' to 'escape' on both server fixes the
issue I had. Replication is now working fine. If I set 'bytea_output' to
'hex' (which is the default), the replication breaks like described in
my first mail.
