[Bucardo-general] Two questions on Multimaster setup

Howdy!

Two hopefully easy questions for you.

First:
How do I add a conflict resolution to a table?
is there a (bucardo_ctl) command line way to do it? I've been updating 
standard_conflict in goat directly.

Second:
Is it still the case that you need to stagger a sequences start points / 
increment by in multimaster nodes?
(like for SERIAL data types)

I'm on 4.4.8
