Not currently - I have a group of 4 servers in the USA in 2 DCs, and
when one is down it takes out the entire replication (and that is a
problem for me as well)

There are other solutions that will do this (well one) but I have had no
success with it and it would be considerably more difficult to setup
(and is in my opinion not as good as Bucardo - even with this limitation.)
