[Bucardo-general] another noob, tangled in multiple databases

Status update on this thread.

Git e83e2e22e79c6cf6be5912925d50e271e02a886d fixed the showstopper we 
were seeing in 4.99.6 regarding multiple databases.  (Thanks, Greg!)

We are also seeing a decent performance improvement between 4.5 and 
4.99.6 due to the asynchronous commits.  We're getting closer.
