[Bucardo-general] perl SV memory leak?

Well at least we know why the lifetime and maxkick options are in there 
now.  :-)   As long as transactions aren't lost too often it's an okay 
workaround for us.

DBD-Pg-2.19.3, DBI-1.623, DBIx-Safe-1.2.5.

Oy, PG leaks too?  I'll keep messing with Devel::Leak and see how far I 
can get.
