[Bucardo-general] add sync fails due to deadlock

Hi,

I'm using Bucardo 4.99.7 to sync a master to a slave.  In my test environment, everything worked perfectly.  Now I'm trying to do this in production and I've run into a problem adding a sync.  When I attempt to add a sync, the validate_sync fails due to a deadlock when trying to create a trigger on one of the tables.  Is there a way to add a sync to a live database so this won't occur?  Any advice would be much appreciated.
