I made some small changes to the makedelta system. Please try the latest
git and see if it is working for you. If not, please take a look at
dev/makedelta.test. It contains a simplified version of your setup, and
appears to be working. Let me know if it needs adjusting to match your
setup and we will see if we can duplicate the problem. The test script
has a single table, foobar, four databases A B C D, and two syncs:
Sync ABCD A <=> B <=> C <=> D (e.g. A:source,B:source,C:source,D:source)
Sync AD A -> D (e.g. A:source,D:target)
