[Bucardo-general] strange error in testing

I see now the error of my ways with that - the conflict strategy name is 
indeed 'bucardo_latest', rather than just 'latest' - and since that's 
the default, I'm just not going to try setting it at all in my 
deployment script.

Time for another round of testing! :)
