[Bucardo-general] yikes, failing syncs

The HASH warnings are harmless. The real problem is the bogus pg_result 
calls. Those should be gone as of some changes to head a couple 
of weeks ago. I still have a little housecleaning to do regarding 
those, but I'll roll a 4.9.12 once that's done.
