These should be mostly harmless, it's just autovacuum saying "hey, I 
noticed some free space I thought I would clean up, but the table 
was too busy for me to really do anything about it, so I'll 
try back later, mkay?". That's my understanding of it. I wouldn't 
worry unless you see a *lot* of these.
