[Bucardo-general] Master Master and slave replication with separate postgres server

Hi All,

I want to setup Master Master and multiple slave with psql. so i am trying
to setup same using Bucardo.

I have followed this link for testing and everything went well

but now i want to setup this using two different servers. but i have some
confusion like
1. where to define server ip, username , password etc..
2. Bucardo should be installed on sll servers ?
3. on which server i should perform all those steps.
4. How do i add additional slaves later on.

Please suggest.
