The barest is still 8.1 for most things, I think. However, the new 
foreign-key tracking code uses array_agg, so that will push 
the minimum to 8.4. Since that code doesn't really do anything 
yet, you could easily modify it to work with older versions.

There may be other issues with 8.2; I haven't tested it in a while.
