[Bucardo-general] Bucardo is not starting

Hi All,

Due to some reason i have stooped Bucardo, but it didn't stop. and now
whenever i am trying to start it again its not starting up.

root at db01:/home/inex# bucardo status

Checking for existing processes
Cannot start, process 27630 is already running
(file=/var/run/bucardo/bucardo.mcp.pid)

root at db01:/home/inex# bucardo reload config
Forcing Bucardo to reload the bucardo_config table
Looks like Bucardo is not running, so there is no need to reload

How to start sync again ?
seems it stopped sync from Jun 09 .
