[Bucardo-general] Installing Bucardo

This is very weird - we don't use plperl anywhere in Bucardo, but 
use plperlU instead. Plain plperl should reject 'use DBI', as it 
has here, but the error clearly states plperl. Can you mail me 
the bucardo.schema? Or grep for 'plperl' and make sure the only 
strings returned are actually 'plperlu'?
