[Bucardo-general] bucardo 5.1.1 stalled?

Greetings
2 of 3 bucardo 5.1.1 syncs are now "stalled" for 6 hours. No DB changes have
occurred to cause this. We did stop / restart postgresql service 6 hours ago
b/c it was running at 100% for unknown reasons (bucardo is suspected).

We tried to "activate" the (inactive) sync and to kick it, but no change in
stalled state.
How can we "un-stall" the sync?
