[Bucardo-general] sending data from postGreSQL to hbase/cassandra

I do not think anything like this exists, but it should be possible to add 
this to Bucardo, by creating a new target type for hbase. There are already 
similar types (esp. redis/mongodb) so *in theory* it should be straightforward 
to modify Bucardo to support this.
