[Bucardo-general] bucardo doesn't sync tables without any error

I'm currently using bucardo 5.3.1 , I added a sync with option
onetimecopy=1 but the problem is the tables aren't replicated in the slave.
There are no errors in the log file and also no copies or deletes,  but
when I check the status of the sync the Current State field is "DELETE
public.tableX" . This table is empty in the slave and the state doesn't
change.
What should I do to find the problem or make Bucardo start syncing?
