[Bucardo-general] Github as primary resource

Hi everyone

Just a heads up that we are soon going to move most of the Bucardo-related items to 
github. This primarily means 1) the wiki/documentation and 2) the git repository 
(rather than it being a mirror from bucardo.org). Bug tracking and issues are already 
there. If you are a contributor, please send me your github username. Another 
announcement will go out once the change has been made.
