[Bucardo-general] Help creating herd

Sorry for the late reply: I'm trying to work through unanswered posts today. 

The short answer is that you cannot do it via "add herd" yet. Someday I would 
like to support a three-valued table argument: DB.schema.tablename. For now, you 
can try adding the tables to the herd when you are doing "add table".
